As we approach the launch of our live babysitter booking system, these are the things you need to know…
How can I join the testing phase?
If you would like to be considered as part of our testing team, all you need to do is:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your postcode.
- Like us on Facebook
- Share our Facebook page
If I make a booking will a babysitter come out during the testing phase?
Yes, absolutely! When you make a booking, we’ll send this out to local babysitters who will be operating normally. They will attend in accordance with your booking details, leaving you to go out and enjoy yourself.
What will I have to pay during the testing phase?
Our standard booking fee of £5 per booking will be in place and, as our babysitters are self-employed, they will still require payment for their time at our hourly rate of £8. The standard minimum of 3 hour booking payment will also be in place during the testing phase to ensure your sitter is willing to babysit for you.
However, there will be no membership costs during the test period. As a thank you for being part of our testing team we will also be offering a 50% discount on future membership after the test phase.
There is a problem with the booking system, what do I do?
We don’t anticipate any issues during our testing phase, however if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right, please send us an email (email@example.com) or call (0203 811 0445) to let us know so that we can fix the problem as soon as possible, and prevent others from experiencing the same issue.
I have an idea on how to improve SafeCircle, how can I share this?
We love feedback and new ideas! We are constantly working to build a bigger and better SafeCircle. If you have any ideas to offer we would love to hear from you – simply hit the “Feedback” button at the bottom of every page in the system. Alternatively you can always email or call us – we would love to hear from you.
How long is the testing period?
We plan to complete testing of the booking system over a period of 30 days. Dependent on how the system is functioning and any issues we have identified during the testing this may be extended.
